A father's letter to his son
Written to John by his father, Will Rice, during John's military training. The letter
exhorts John to be a good soldier and patriot, and expresses regret that Will could not
join his son in combat due to his age. (Too bad the photo is so blurry. This provides you
with a good reason to visit the museum in person.) |
